  1. It’s a dental clinic. “Encías” means gums in Spanish.
    Some Science institute in a Spanish sepaking country, possibly Mexico … I can’t narrow it.

  2. Oak seedlings in the lawn are consistent with my hypothesis that you’re in the southern hemisphere; the lack of native oaks (AFAIK) south of the equator isn’t a real problem – after all, those conifers almost certainly don’t belong their either.
    Language + my guess at season narrows it down, I think, to two countries – Argentina and Chile.  Going to guess Chile, for no real reason in particular.
