Hi Ryan,
If I understand well from your talk you just invoke natural selection at the organism level acting negatively as a constraint on genome size expansion by mutation pressure or intragenomic selection? Does your view differ from Cavalier-Smith’s 2005 in that he invokes positive selection at the organism level on genome size expansion and cell cycle genes?
